I got a size 24 (I'm a 50 bust, 46C cup,44 waist, 52 hip) and the bust and arms are a bit too big for me. It would fit perfectly for a DD or even DDD and larger arms. I do sew, so I will be able to take it up but I wish I'd ordered a 22. There is boning in the front and bra cups sewn in with a strange bra band. I wouldn't worry about it running small.The quality is very good, nice chiffon that is heavy and slightly more full than pictured. All of lace was sewn beautifully and it looks just as pictured.I seriously love this dress and can't wait to wear it.
