So as much as this cost. I would assume I could get more than one use out of it. Well you can't because the pop rivets weren't set right and the cart is coming apart. Also if there is stairs between you and the ocean beware that this thing is wide. Not all is lost because well I'm mechanically inclined and just do the modifications myself.
